1. Where do we deliver?
We offer a nationwide delivery service across Republic of Ireland.
2. How much does Online Delivery Cost?
There is a standard charge of €12.50 per order.
3. Delivery Process?
For non express deliveries your driver will contact you 24 – 72 hours in advance on the telephone number or email provided. If you cannot be at home to accept your delivery simply arrange for another adult to accept the delivery on your behalf or can be delivered to different address. The appointed person must be available at the address to carefully check the product, sign and acknowledge receipt of goods.
For express deliveries it will be dependent on the area and we will either have tracking numbers or driver will contact in your advance.
4. When will my order be delivered?
Express Delivery: Applies if ordered flatpack on its own or with other flatpack express products. Please check product image or delivery information tab on each product for the update current express delivery times.
Normal Delivery Timeframe: Applies if assembly required or if ordered with other non-express products or mattresses. You can check the Delivery Information Tab on each product to confirm the expected delivery timeframe. If Express Delivery does not apply, we will deliver all your order together
5. Can I track my order?
We can provide tracking numbers for all our express deliveries. Please contact us if you require a tracking number.
6. What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you agree timeframe with courier and it’s paid up front it will be left at your house if you’re not present. If outstanding balance owed you must be present after confirming you be present. There will be a re delivery charge of €20 to cover extra courier charge incurred by us. If you cancel order after not been present for delivery the refund will be less the €12.50 delivery fee and €20 courier fee incurred by us.
8. Do you provide an Installation and Assembly service?
We provide a full assembly and installation service with prices available on each product. For smaller products they will often be pre-assembled by us in the warehouse and delivered assembled. For larger products which require in house assembly they will be facilitated by our 3rd party couriers who deliver the products.
9. What should I do to prepare for my Delivery?
Here’s a quick checklist for your convenience:
• Please ensure well in advance that any Furniture/Bedding items you have ordered will fit into the room intended, paying particular care to dimensions and
measurements of product.
• Please check all required access routes and that there is sufficient access and parking for a large delivery truck to safely reach the delivery address.
• Don’t forget any lifts or elevators, stairwells, passages, corridors and landings
that your product must pass through.
Avoid disappointment and extra cost by doing all necessary measuring well in advance.
Please be aware that the delivery team will not attempt delivery if there are health and safety issues or where damage to your home may result and they will not remove doors and/or windows. Fees for re-delivery or cancellation will apply.
10. What should I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

11. What if I want my product(s) to be assembled, will delivery take longer?
In some cases it can take few days extra for delivery.
